Here's what you can expect on the day...
Meet and greet your account manager to discuss any business opportunities you might have.
Product Launches: We'll be unveiling our brand new range of eco-friendly packaging which has won us DIY Week award, as well as launching our new agricultural hardware range. Plus, you'll be one of the first to see the new products in development within our garden brand, Primus for the 2024 season.
Exclusive deals will be available on the day to take advantage of.
Opportunity to network with like-minded retailers from across the UK.
Get a full tour of our site, including our Automated Robot Warehouse. Warning: you may be tempted to take one of our robots home with you.
And last but not least, we'll treat you to a delicious hot lunch. It's on us, so indulge away.
We are open from 9:30am on both days.
Hot buffet style lunch will be served from 12:00 - 1:00pm

You are very welcome to place any orders on the day, however we can't guarantee you will be able to collect order placed on the day. If you order in advance prior to the event, you can collect the order if it is ready on the day.
Yes, there will be ample parking on-site
There is no set start time, arrive any time after 9:30am. If you are joining us for lunch, this will be served between 12:00 and 1:00pm.
The time you should allocate largely depends on you, as there are many things planned for the day which are all optional such as 2 showroom walkthroughs, a guided tour of our site, product training, time to catch up with your account manager, lunch and more. We expect this to last between 2-4 hours.
Our site is fully accessible with the exception of our Primus Showroom which is upstairs with no access by wheelchair.
Yes - we have 3 charging stations, these will be available to use on a first come, first served basis. Please be considerate of others who may also like to charge their vehicle - once you have recharged please move into a parking space.
